Chris Shields joined Wellness Homes Rapid in June 2024 as a therapist and member of the Behavioral Health team. He works with clients individually to help them work through their troubles.

He mainly works with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. His client base includes individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community and those who experience work-related stressors, intimate relationships, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, or body image.

He attended National Louis University, earning a Master’s degree in psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling.
